Do You Long To Escape The Crowded Reality of Southern Skiing & Congested Summer Activities?  - Does the harsh reality of peak weekend winter skiing and boarding with long lift lines, congested slopes, a packed lodge filled with loud kids and first timers combine with mediocre food, traffic jams and crowded parking lots to downgrade your planned fun or romantic weekend getaway into a mountain nightmare?

The Concept - We have been asked by an investor group to conduct a survey throughout the region to determine skier and ski club interest in a private resort providing winter ski and boarding for members only on weekends and holidays to insure open uncrowded slopes, zero lift lines, convenient valet parking, a high quality restaurant,  bar and evening entertainment all in a private, controlled environment not open to the public. The same resort concept could be continued year-round with tennis. golf, swimming, hiking, horseback riding and other activities. Crowds, lines and stress will be replaced with seclusion, privacy and full relaxation at the slow relaxed pace you desire with first class amenities close at hand..

The Survey - Our first survey will be for the winter sports enthusiast and mountain lovers in the Southeast. Are you interested in the private club concept to guarantee your privacy, controlled access and high quality mountain activities, accommodations,  food, and entertainment in a four-season mountain club similar to a golf and tennis country club?  This new concept  works well up in Vermont at the Bear Creek Mountain Club for members escaping Boston and New York for an uncrowded weekend of winter sports. It is also a success at The Yellowstone Club in Montana for members flying in for long weekends and weeks of four-season fun and relaxation from across the United States.

Will the "private club concept" work for mountain lovers in the Southeast and Florida who desire to escape the crowds and stress of skiing in the east? This is the question that must be answered before the potential investors are willing to spend the money for a feasibility study and then follow through with building the resort amenities.
